Moodle Data Directory - settings changed
MESSAGE FROM MOODLE: Please make sure that your data root directory (/home/aspdgrou/public_html/learnonline/uploaddata) is not directly accessible via web.
ACTION TAKEN BASED ON INFO AT MOODLE.ORG
Reset permissions for uploaddata folder in learnonline from 777 to 770
DID NOT set owner:group of the directory as my webserver user.

You may want to take a look at this in the installation docs. The advice there is to use 770 for the permissions on the moodledata directory. You should also set the owner:group of the directory as your webserver user.
